Seichi Santos Saldaña has been working as a legal assistant in the Biodiversity and Indigenous Peoples Program of the Peruvian Society for Environmental Law since 2024.

Seichi holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the National University of San Marcos. She is a member of the Peruvian Academy of Environmental Law (APDAM). He has expertise in natural resources, environmental responsibility, indigenous peoples, administrative procedures, and international arbitration on environmental issues, among others. She has worked on environmental regulation and natural resources issues, serving as an intern and legal assistant in the private sector.

As a legal assistant, she currently conducts research and prepares legal analysis documents on environmental and natural resource issues; supports the design and development of public policies, legal regulations, and management instruments; and responds to legal inquiries related to protected natural areas and indigenous peoples.

She has been a fellow of the University Extension Course in Environmental Oversight of the Environmental Assessment and Oversight Agency (2023), where she ranked first in the field of law. She has also participated in the 20th edition of the Environmental Law Workshop of the Peruvian Society for Environmental Law (2021). She participated in the First Environmental Law Moot Court organized by the Universidad Científica del Sur, where she ranked first and was chosen as the best speaker (2020).
