Katherine Serván

Katherine Serván has been serving as Hazlas Campaign Coordinator for the Conservamos por Naturaleza (We Conserve by Nature Initiative) of the Peruvian Society for Environmental Law since July 2024.

Katherine is a social and cultural manager, with a degree in Art History from UNMSM, a specialization in Cultural Management from UARM, and a Master’s degree in Social Intervention from the University of La Rioja. She has experience in the design and coordination of community projects, artistic and cultural festivals, curatorial projects, and citizen participation activities.

As campaign coordinator, she currently coordinates the Surf Ecosystem Management and Blue Economy project.

She is interested in promoting environmental awareness and strengthening the bond between citizens and their environment.
