Joyce Rázuri Cairo currently works as a legal assistant in the Fisheries Project of the Marine Governance Program of the Peruvian Society for Environmental Law, where she has been employed since June 2023.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Universidad Científica del Sur. She has experience in administrative, fisheries, environmental, and tourism law. She has worked in public institutions and non-governmental organizations.

As a legal assistant, she currently works on the Fishing Project, which aims to combat illegal, unreported, and unregulated fishing in Peru and Ecuador.

His duties include preparing legal opinion reports on fisheries issues. He provides training to fishermen and fisheries officials. He is also an assistant in the Fisheries Law Training Course for professionals and leads the Pilot Program of the Fisheries Law Course for fishermen.

He has been a member of the UCSUR Environmental Litigation Clinic, which has allowed him to contribute to the preparation and drafting of the Amicus Curiae of Advisory Opinion 25 of the IACHR on climate change. He was a finalist in the III E-Moot organized by UCSUR and SPDA.
