Procurement and Logistics Specialist

David Alberto Rivasplata Rojas has been working as a Procurement and Logistics Specialist in the Administration, Control, and Human Resources Unit of the Peruvian Society for Environmental Law (SPDA) since November 2025.

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University and has more than ten years of professional experience in supply management, logistics, general services, administration, and asset control in both the public and private sectors. He has complemented his training with diplomas and courses in integrated management systems, government procurement, project management, and asset control, and has worked in entities such as Banco Agropecuario (Agrobanco), OSINERGMIN, specialized service companies, and institutional organizations, experience that supports his role within the SPDA.

As a Supply and Logistics Specialist, he is responsible for the comprehensive management of the procurement and contracting processes for goods and services, the planning and monitoring of the Annual Maintenance Schedule, contract administration, supplier supervision, and asset inventory control, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines and current regulations.

Among his main contributions are the strengthening of the institution’s logistics management, promoting the efficient, responsible, and transparent use of resources, as well as the incorporation of environmental sustainability and continuous improvement criteria, contributing to the creation of adequate conditions for the development of projects and initiatives aimed at protecting the environment.
