Liliana Huaraca

Liliana Huaraca Bruno has been serving as General Communications Coordinator in the Communications Unit of the Peruvian Society for Environmental Law (SPDA) since October 2025.

Liliana holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication for Development from PUCP and a master’s degree in Political Communication from American University (Washington, D.C.). She has more than ten years of experience leading institutional communication strategies, advocacy campaigns, and public positioning for national and international organizations linked to human rights and sustainable development. She has worked in organizations such as Save the Children Peru, the Inter-American Commission of Women (OAS), and Promsex, leading strategic communication processes in complex and high-impact contexts.

As General Communications Coordinator at SPDA, she directs the institutional communication strategy, articulates the coherent and consistent positioning of programs and their results, and manages relationships with the media and key actors to strengthen SPDA’s visibility and impact.
