Lucía Tejada has been working as a Human Resources Assistant in the Human Resources Administration, Control, and Management Unit of the Peruvian Society for Environmental Law since 2023.

Lucía holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She has experience in the area of Human Resources and has worked at Vidawasi Peru, participating in the management and inauguration of the First Children’s Health Citadel “Virgen de Vidawasi” in the Sacred Valley – Cusco.

As Human Resources Assistant, she is currently responsible for the recruitment and selection process, as well as the hiring and induction process, ensuring the effective integration of new members. She also actively supports activities to strengthen organizational culture and overall well-being, focusing on the health and safety of staff at work. In addition, she is responsible for managing the SPDA’s regulatory and institutional committees, ensuring ethical compliance and promoting a work environment that fosters respect and diversity.
