Denisse Pulgar-Vidal

Denisse Pulgar-Vidal Lehmkemper currently serves as Human Resources Management Coordinator in the Human Resources Administration, Control, and Management Unit of the Peruvian Society for Environmental Law, where she has worked since March 2024.

Denisse Pulgar-Vidal Lehmkemper holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Lima. She has experience and knowledge of psychological testing: psychometric and projective; personnel selection and evaluation, staff training, work environment, performance evaluation; and has worked at Textil San Ramon S.A., JRC Ingeniería y Construcción, Pigmalion Consultores, and CL Selection.

As a Human Talent Management Assistant, she is currently implementing staff renewal processes, developing and constantly updating the matrix of legal obligations to avoid contingencies and ensure their implementation, reviewing the document folder of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee and workplace sexual harassment, updating the annual action plan matrix of the Work Environment results, coordinating internal communication of compensation and benefits updates, preparing the team evaluation matrix with respect to the previous year for updating, and managing and monitoring capacity-building payments.
