Cristian Alejandro Contreras Sánchez has been working as a Registry Specialist in the Marine Governance Program of the Peruvian Society for Environmental Law since 2022.
He is a qualified and licensed lawyer, with a master’s degree in Notarial and Registry Law from the Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University. He has experience in the public and private sectors in customer service, with a diploma in Registry Law and Public Management – administrative law, with complementary studies in updating the regulations on legal entities at the Institute for Legal Development (INDEJUR), a refresher course in administrative law at INDEJUR, and a specialization course in registry law at the Institute for Legal Development (INDEJUR). She has more than 12 years of experience working in registry and notarial law. In the registry field, she has worked in the Coordination of the Official Gazette and Registry Office at the National Superintendency of Public Registries, serving as a Guidance and Certification Lawyer by resolution issued by SUNARP. He has worked at the Luis Dannon Brender Notary Office as a title representative.
As a Registry Specialist, he currently supports associations and fishermen with their procedures for renewing their board of directors, partially or totally modifying their statutes, establishing legal entities such as associations or companies, completing the procedures at PRODUCE for the registration of ospas, and other registry procedures entrusted to him.
I have obtained ISO recognition on several occasions for good service and have participated in the creation of SUNARP’s registry advertising regulations.
