Cristian Díaz Valladares

Cristian Díaz currently works as a Communications Coordinator in the Conservamos por Naturaleza (We conserve by nature) initiative of the Peruvian Society for Environmental Law since 2019. 

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and studies in public policy with an intercultural approach and social management of biodiversity at the School of Government and Public Policy of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú – PUCP. 

He has experience in the research and development of citizen campaigns for conservation and advocacy, and in the production and editing of publications. He also has experience in relations with different strategic actors in the environmental sector. 

As Communications Coordinator for Conservamos por Naturaleza, he manages the communication strategies of the initiative’s citizen campaigns, the coordination of digital content and publications, and the positioning of the initiative’s activities.
